Training and experience

After obtaining a master's degree in "Clinical psychology and psychopathology" at the University of Lausanne, he carried out an observational internship at the psychiatry department of the Malcantonese hospital and one at the Ticinese prison structures. She later carried out her clinical and training practice at the cantonal socio-psychiatric organization, more precisely at the Cantonal Psychiatric Clinic (CPC) of Mendrisio, obtaining in 2020 the cantonal authorization to practice as a licensed psychologist.

Between 2019 and 2021 she completed various professional experiences in different fields: as a support teacher within the Difficult Cases Project aimed at elementary school children, as an educator within the Calprino foyer of the Amilcare foundation, and as a consultant/ psychologist at the company iQ Center by Ingrado. Since November 2021 she has held the role of Deputy Chief Psychologist at the Center of

Recruitment of Monteceneri, a job that still occupies part of his professional activity.

In the third year of specialization in cognitive constructivist relational psychotherapy at the Cognitive Therapy Center (CTC) in Como, it is aimed at people of all age groups who wish to receive psychological support and undertake a course of psychotherapy.

Clinical activity

It offers psychological support and educational advice to people of all ages and who experience difficulties of various kinds.

The psychotherapeutic course of relational constructivist cognitive orientation offered aims to accompany the person towards a greater awareness of himself, of his own functioning patterns and of his own resources. As the name already suggests, this approach considers the relationship between patient and therapist as the central tool for allowing the person to better understand their internal functioning, their emotions, their thoughts, and the behaviors associated with them. Therapist and patient collaborate together during the sessions towards the goal of greater self-awareness of the patient.
